Remigio is 35 years old and is from the community of Ríos-Ticuantepe. He works growing pineapples, and has 15 years of vast knowledge in the management and sale of pineapples. His work in this field has enabled him to support his wife and son, who is currently in his last year of high school. The greatest desire of these parents is to be able to give their son all the things he needs in order to develop in a healthy family environment, as well as prepare him for university studies.

Mr. Paiz Sanchez spends as much time as possible taking care of and maintaining his plantations, which require organic supplies that are very expensive. In order to support his family while the pineapples are growing, Remigio makes trips in his truck transporting vendors from Ticantepe to the oriental market in Managua. In this way, he makes extra income and is able to make up for his expenses, while he is also able to count on the support of his wife, who sells fruits and vegetables in the markets of Managua. This is how these parents have gotten ahead for their son. Remigio is requesting a loan to purchase fertilizers, insecticides, and chemical fertilizers that are required in order to grow good quality pineapples.
