For more than 10 years, Vicente has earned a living from farming in the "comunidad" of Achuapa, the place where he was raised near the Nicaraguan city of Leon. He's a married men with four children who study at a small school that they have to walk very far to reach.

The problem that Vicente faces is that there's no electricity in his neighborhood because it's a rural area with few basic services. He's looking for a way to solve the problem and he's applying to Ceprodel for a loan that will allow him [to withdraw from this debt for a solar panel?] so that he can use the power from it for household chores and provide light for his children to study.
