Bertalina Mejia is in the livestock and agriculture business in a region called Valle San Antonio in the El Sauce municipality in the city of León. The dilemma this region faces is that because it is isolated, it does not have access to electric power. For this reason, Bertalina acquired a solar panel so that her children may study with proper lighting and so that they can do household chores that require electricity.

Bertalina Mejia se dedica al negocio de ganadería y agricultura en una comarca llamada Valle San Antonio en el municipio de El Sauce de la ciudad de León. La problemática que presenta esta comarca es que por encontrarse alejada, no posee energía eléctrica y es por tal motivo que la señora Bertalina adquirió un panel solar para aprovechar que sus hijos estudien con iluminación y además para realizar los quehaceres del hogar que adquieran de energía.
La problemática que atraviesa la señora Bertalina es que al haber adquirido el panel, debe cancelar esta deuda y su negocio de ganadería y agricultura no cubre este gasto y es por esta razón que solicita crédito en CEPRODEL y de esta manera lograr salir de la deuda sin ningún problema y así lograr que sus hijos puedan estudiar con luz eléctrica y también realizar los quehaceres del hogar.
