A Journal Update for Musa Tholley

Entrepreneur: Musa Tholley
Location: Makeni, Sierra Leone

Greetings are coming to you from Musa Tholley. Musa is very please to inform his Lenders that the loan he received from you was well invested into his business. As you may already know, Musa sells both soft and hard drinks right at the NP Junction, Makeni City. For a start, he used the loan to buy three crates of stout (Le 55,000), two crates of Star Beer (Le 35,000), two crates of Maltina (Le 25,000), two crates of soft drinks (Le 16,000), one crate of Carlsberg (75,000), one crate of Heinikein (Le 75,000), one crate of Cody’s (Le 60,000), one crate of Faxe (Le 75,000) and one crate of Extra Stout (Le 55,000).

NP Junction used to be a very suitable business location but for the recent and sudden upsurge of too many shops selling the same drinks in the location. Nowadays, sales fluctuate for Musa due to the too many shops selling drinks at the Junction. But thanks to his fourteen years experience in the business, Musa is able to maneuver by including into his kiosk drinks that are preferable to customers but are lacking in other shops. Thus as time goes by, he included drinks like Donsimon, Energy Battery drinks and Energy Hustler. These drinks attracted many customers into his kiosk, giving him a little edge over his co-competitors.

The loan has been of a great help to Musa and his family. Out of the proceeds he makes out of his business, he is able to make his monthly loan repayments on time and in full, take greater care of his children in terms of feeding, sending them to school and pay medical bills whenever any member of the family fell sick. Musa greatest desire is to see that his two girls educate onto university level. One of her daughters is now in Junior Secondary School I (JSS I) and the other in JSS II. If God wills and his business continues to grow, he will like to build a house out of the profits he makes from his business. Musa has a message for you, and that is a very big THANK YOU for the help. He wants you to give him a bigger loan so that he will be able to achieve his dream of building a house for his family.

SMT also says THANK YOU for the help given to our client. We encourage you to continue giving a helping hand to our clients.
