With the loan Husna received, she increased her stock of charcoal for her business. She also purchased a sewing machine so she can earn additional income from making clothes. Before the loan her monthly profit was about $61. Now, she is earning about $86 per month! She puts her additional profits into the bank so she has extra funds should an emergency arise.
