Celso Peralta is a young father at the age of thirty two. He is happily married to his wife Teresa and together they have 2 children. He spent a lot time in Argentina as a driver and after he managed to save enough money he returned to Paraguay. When Celso returned, he opened a shop with some telephones and sold their services. He then increased his goods to include newspapers and books, and now his shop sells food merchandise, too.
Celso wants to open his own grocery store eventually. He will use this loan to continue expanding the products sold and will continue to save his earnings for a larger grocery store.
