Tweyambe B Group

The group leader of this small group is Sarah Mudeedi. She is currently in the business of running a retail shop and is requesting a loan to increase capital. Sarah is 25 years old and is married. She has 4 children ranging from age 6 to 15 and her children go to school. Each week, Sarah makes approximately UGX 20000 in profits and with the extra profits from her loan, she hopes to be able to meet basic needs. Sarah has taken a loan from BRAC Uganda before in the amount of UGX 300000 in order to increase on stock and the loan was paid back on time.

Sarah is joined in her small group by Fida Nangobi, Efrance Timugiibiza, Justine Nambala, and Faridah Mbosaliki. Fida Nangobi has a business in used clothing sales and wants to expand business. Efrance Timugiibiza is currently operating a business running a bar and wants a loan to purchase a fridge. Justine Nambala operates a business of running a bar and wants to purchase a fridge. Faridah Mbosaliki is currently in the business of charcoal selling and is requesting a loan to purchase more bags of charcoal.



About Group Loans
In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a group of individuals bound by a group guarantee.
