Una problemática que atraviesa Donald es que en su localidad no existe energía eléctrica por estar muy lejos de la ciudad y por tal razón debe de alumbrarse por las noches con candelas que solamente iluminan una pequeña parte del hogar. Para erradicar esta situación, el señor Donald ha adquirido préstamos en Ceprodel para la adquisición de un panel solar y de esta manera poder alumbrar su hogar y tener acceso a un televisor para la familia.
Su mayor necesidad hoy en día es la urgencia de cancelar la deuda de este panel solar para así poder continuar manteniendo su hogar y mejorando su nivel de vida y el de los suyos.
