La actividad de la señora Dinora Casco se refiere a la venta de ropa (especialmente ropa interior para dama y caballero) desde hace 20 años en el mercado Central de Chinandega.
Inició el negocio vendiendo a la intemperie en una canastita pequeña, luego paso a una caseta de cartón y actualmente esta ubicada en lo interno del mercado en uno de los tramos que por cierto necesita remodelación.
Ceprodel le ha brindado el apoyo financiero otorgándole créditos que los ha sabido utilizar debido a que ha mejorado sus ventas por haber adquirido mayores volúmenes de ropa ha logrado llevar el sustento a su hogar de habitación. Su mayor necesidad es la adquisición de sus productos y para ello confía en que Ceprodel le apoyará con su necesidad.
