Eulogio es padre soltero y con dos hijos que lucha por brindarles su educación, alimentación y todas las necesidades. El negocio al que se dedica es una pulpería que desde muy joven la ha venido desarrollando en el mercado el Bisne de la ciudad de Chinandega. El negocio lo comienza cuando atraviesa una fuerte crisis económica y nos dice que fue muy duro ya que no tenia idea de cómo iba a mantener a sus hijos por lo que decide invertir en este negocio.
Con la experiencia que fue tomando con el tiempo, el negocio lo fue fortaleciendo, y de esta manera ha podido suplir las necesidades del hogar. Actualmente trabaja con CEPRODEL desde hace 1 año y medio el cual le ha otorgado un total de 10 créditos que han sido utilizados en la inversión de los productos para su comercialización. Su necesidad es la urgencia de invertir en el negocio por medio de la compra de los productos.
