Jeronima Palma has beeen selling a wide assortment of fruits and vegetables from her stand in the Leon station market for 50 long years. Before she began this work, she was a housewife, but she realized the difficulty of covering the household costs and decided to use her small savings to purchase fruits and vegetables to later sell.
It is clear that she needs to invest in the infrastructure of her stand. The roof is in poor condition and when it rains her merchandise gets soaked. Senora Palma has been working with loans from Ceprodel to stock her business in larger quantities.
