Chea Num

Thank you for your loan. It has been disbursed to Chea Num by CREDIT MFI -- World Relief in Cambodia. We are excited to watch this business grow. Mrs. Chea Num, age 58, is a housewife. Her husband works as a farmer growing rice and vegetables. Two of her children are employed by a garment factory. She requested a loan in order to purchase a large quantity of cashew nuts from growers and resell them for a profit.

A CREDIT MFI loan officer recently visited Num to check on her progress. After receiving her loan, Num and her husband used the money to buy beans and cashew nuts to stock for resale when the price is good enough to make a profit. Her business is growing efficiently, and she is able to generate more income.

When asked, Num said she was thankful to CREDIT for its good service, and to Kiva lenders for supporting her loan.
