Zoila Lopez Merino

Zoila belongs to the Las Paikanas community bank located in AH, at Micaela Bastidas, Jr. 1ro de Mayo 250, District of Calleria, Deparment of Ucayali. She is 34 years old and the mother of two young children who are still dependent on her. She is married and her husband works in a glass factory. With the first 300 sols loan granted by Manuela Ramos, she decided to begin selling soft drinks.

She currently still sells carbonated beverages, ice and homemade popsicles.

With the loan valued at 1,000 sols, which she will repay in five months, she will purchase bags for the ice and popsicles, 1 box of milk and 10 boxes of soft drinks.

Zoila has become an enterprising woman who independently manages her own business, supports her family and finances her children’s education. She has shown that the support from Manuela Ramos has helped her to grow, to believe in herself and to do things she never thought possible; she is very proud of these achievements.

La señora Zoila pertenece al banco comunal Las Paikanas, ubicado en el AA.HH. Micaela Bastidas, Jr. 1ro de Mayo 250, distrito de Calleria, departamento de Ucayali. Tiene 34 años y es madre de 2 hijos menores de edad que aún depende de ella, es casada y su esposo trabaja en una vidriería. Con el primer préstamo que recibió de Manuela Ramos de S/. 300 decide invertir en la venta de gaseosas.

En la actualidad continúa con la venta de bebidas gaseosas, hielos y elaboración de chupetes.

Con el préstamo de S/. 1,000, el cual pagará en 5 meses, comprará bolsas para hielo y chupetes, 1 caja de leche y 10 cajas de gaseosas.

Zoila se volvió una mujer emprendedora ya que maneja independientemente su propio negocio, aporta en su hogar y en la educación de sus hijos. Manifiesta que el apoyo brindado por Manuela Ramos la ayudó bastante a crecer y a creer en ella misma, a realizar cosas que no pensaba y se siente muy feliz por ello.
