Tran Thi Hoa

Mrs.Tran Thi Hoa, 47 years old, joined the TYM Fund since 2000. Her family has 6 members: the parents and 4 children. Her children are all going to schools. Therefore, the family cannot get by if she only does agricutural activies. She thought of investing in business to improve her family’s life. She discussed with her husband and borrowed 60 USD to buy decorative pot plants and they also went fishing to repay the money weekly. She did not get much money from the plants for the first time but she was well encouraged. Because of her hard work and patience, after 7 years joining the Fund, her family owns a greenhouse of approximately 100 plants. Her income from the greenhouse is 150 USD/month. This time, she wants to borrow 500 USD to buy more pot plants and fertilizers.

Chị Trần Thị Hoa, 47 tuổi, tham gia vào Quỹ từ năm 2000. Gia đình chị gồm 2 vợ chồng và 4 người con. Nhà đông con lại đều trong độ tuổi ăn học nên nếu chỉ làm ruộng thì không thể đủ ăn. Chị Hoa nghĩ để thay đổi cuộc sống phải mạnh dạn đầu tư làm kinh tế. Chị bàn với chồng và xin vay 60USD đầu tư vào mua giống cây cảnh còn vợ chồng chị đi bắt cá để trả tiền tuần. Số tiền thu được khi bán lứa cây đầu tiên không nhiều nhưng là một sự khích lệ lớn đối với chị Hoa. Với tính kiên trì chịu khó, sau 7 năm tham gia vào Quỹ, đến nay gia đình chị đã có vườn cây cảnh với gần 100 cây. Thu nhập từ vườn cây là 150USD/tháng. Vòng vốn tới chị Hoa xin tiếp tục vay 500USD để đầu tư mua cây giống và phân bón.
