This group has been together for one year. Zaituni is 38 years old, married and has seven children. She runs a small canteen, and wants to use the extra profits made possible by the loan to pay her rent and school fees for her children. Jane has a retail shop and will use the loan to buy more goods to sell to her customers. Zaria wants to buy more raw food to sell. Irene wants to use the loan to buy poultry, and Nulu will use it to add to the stock available for sale in her boutique.


This is a group loan. The loan funds will be distributed among the group members, each of whom will invest in her own business. The members mutually guarantee one another's loans. If one member does not repay, the other members are responsible.
