Isabel Piza, her husband, Rafael Chuquimia, and their two children live with Isabel's parents in the Tembladerani district in the city of La Paz. Isabel sells groceries (rice, sugar, pasta, canned powder milk, etc.) to homes around her area, and her husband works as a city public transportation driver. Isabel's parents gave the family two rooms to live in but they need to build a bathroom and a kitchen so that they can live comfortably. The loan she is applying for will go towards building the bathroom and placing a reinforced concrete floor in the kitchen. This is the third time Isabel has asked for a loan. Reviewing her socioeconomic activity qualifies her to apply for this loan.

La señora Isabel Piza vive en casa de sus padres en la zona de Tembladerani de la Ciudad de La Paz con su esposo, el señor Rafael Chuquimia y sus dos hijos. La señora Isabel vende abarrotes (arroz, azúcar, fideos, leche en polvo en latas, etc.) a domicilio en su zona y su esposo trabaja como chofer de transporte publico en la ciudad.
Las dos habitaciones que ocupan fueron cedidas por sus padres pero tienen la necesidad de construir un baño y una cocina para comodidad de la familia.
El crédito solicitado será destinado a la construcción de un baño y loza de hormigón armado para la cocina.
Esta es la tercera ocasión que solicita un préstamo y el análisis socioeconómico realizado los califica favorablemente y puede acceder a un crédito.

Update Entrepreneur: Isabel Piza Location: La Paz, Bolivia The construciont of the bathroom and the covering of the ktichen floor with reinforced concrete is going well. Isabel and her husband are proud to make improvements in the place they live that means they want to live better and since they got the loan easily they are motivated to work even harder. The loan is 10% re paid.

Update Entrepreneur: Isabel Piza Location: La Paz, Bolivia Now the kitchen is covered with reinforced concrete. Just in case the bathroom is next to the kitchen (the picture) and has the toilet completely installed. Isabel and her husband bought good materials at good price that helped them to save some money. The room seems to be small but don´t worry the size is perfect for a kitchen which will be build in a not too distant future according with the interview between the couple and their credit officer Enrique Conde (here posing at the left in the picture). Now the loan is 40% re paid.
