María Paz Angola is married to a taxi driver and is a mother of 4 children. She bakes for a living, thanks to an industrial grade oven that she acquired not too long ago. With this tool, she prepares all sorts of products which she sells under contract and individual orders for either birthday parties, weddings and other events. The rest is taken to school kiosks in her area. In addition to this activity, she also buys a variety merchandise from Oruro, a city she travels to twice a month. She has done this kind of work for 6 years now and is turning out to be better than baking exclusively. For this reason, María requires capital in order to buy ingredients for baking, as well as buying more merchandise which she plans to sell on credit and recover more than her initial investment over a moderate period of time.
