Shamim Akhter's Group

I am a widow, Shamim Akhter from the midsize city of Faisalabad, Pakistan. I live here in Lahore with my seven kids: six daughters and one son. My elder children had to quit their studies after their father’s death and work for small pays Now, I have enrolled my younger kids at school so that at least they can get an education. I need a loan to start a grocery store so that I can increase our household income and continue with the studies of my kids. My other group members are Akbari Bibi she needs a loan for her son to buy him a donkey cart. Ramzan Bibi needs a loan for her son’s barber shop. Suriya Bibi is a widow and needs a loan to buy her son a motorcycle to transport goods from one place to another. Sughran Bibi's son wants a loan to start his own motorcycle repair shop. All of these women have promised themselves to throw poverty out of their houses. So please help us in our mission.
