Journal for Ofisa Tavita Entrepreneur: Ofisa Tavita Location: Poutasi, Samoa Ofisa Fui Tavita was a member of Poutasi center. She is great ful for the Kiva loans and SPBD loans which has enabled her business to grow, but also helping her out with her children’s school fees, feed her family better, and improve her housing. Her loan has been paid off but she is no longer a member of the program.
