Mr. Dionisio Jallasi lives in his home in the Villa Ingenio zone of the city of El Alto with his wife and 3 children. He’s a construction worker for a private contruction company in his city. With the help of 4 previous loans, he was able to build 4 rooms in his home. He is requesting this latest loan in order to construct 2 additional rooms, which will ultimately be used to open a small general store, thus creating an additional source of income for the family that will improve their standard of living. This is the fifth time he is requesting a loan, and his socioeconomic analysis (credit check) favorably qualifies him to take out an additional loan.

Dionicio´s wife is very entusiastic to star working at the general store "Its a good business there is always money coming in" she says. The construction is going well altough the wife thinks "they are not working as fast as they could". Meanwhile, Dionicio is deciding what kind of products they are going to sell. The loan is 13% re paid. But once the general store is open Dionicio believes he will pay all the loan in less time than programmed with Impro.

The construction is in the last phase so Dionicio is preparing his merchandise, thinking how he is going to use the space. It´s been a long time but in Bolivia one person has troubles with workers almost all the time. NOW THE LOAN IS 27% RE PAID. For now we can´t give more information since Dionicio is thinking we are invading his privacy (it seems that he is having some troubles but nothing to be worried).
