At the bus station in the city of Ayaviri we find madam Natalia, a happy mother with a great entrepreneurial spirit. She sells her delicious KanKacho (grilled meat stewed accompanied by baked potatoes) a typical plate unmistakable in that city. For that reason she started it “The Land of Kankacho” Natalia prepares her delicious stew from 2:00 in the morning in order to sell it later from 8:00 until 5:00. While she is busy with her work her husband, Aníbal, is dedicated to the commercialization of ox and sheep. Natalia’s hope is to implement variety for her stand by adding candy, soda, and snacks. Like that she wants to offer a large variety of products to her bus station clients. In order to solidify her plans Natalia and her husband, parents of two children, are soliciting a loan that they will use for the implementation of their business, and at the same time this money will permit her to amplify her business capital for her beloved husband. Together they will try to find a better quality of life for their children.
