Bdilika ("Change" in English) is a group of entrepreneurs featured in the photograph. It is is composed of Mamka Amosi, Pili Nasoro, Kasanda Mrisho and Rehema Shaban, who are all residents of the Buguruni area of Dar Es Salaam. Shabani and Manka run restaurants, while the other two own groceries. All four of them are recipients of the business and entrepreneurship skills training organized by YOSEFO, and have long ago realized the importance of doing business together. They are each in need of US$300 to help them boost their respective businesses.
