With the money provided by the lenders he bought sand and cement in larger quantities. Since then, the sales increased by more than 50 %. For instance, he used to sell 40 bags of cement per week; today he sells 100 bags in a week. What is more, since the number of sales and client increased, Alberto’s earnings also raised. Thanks to this increase in income, he could lend larger amounts of money. With this money he bought a property next to the one he was renting and now he has his own warehouse. It is worthy to mention that Alberto owns another property next to his parent’s house, where he has approximately 20 cows. Alberto’s parents are responsible for this business taking care of the cows and producing milk.
