Kokou Omer Dotsey

Born in Afagnan on August 6, 1969, Mr DOTSEY Kokou Omer is married and a father of two (2) children. His wife is a seamstress who only slightly contributes to the household needs. Mr DOTSEY has a secondary education and is a computer maintenance technician who has just completed his training.
