Doña Lucila is a woman who has always found a way to take care of her kids on her own. Today after many years have gone by, she watches with satisfaction the independence of her older children within their society and now she just shares her longings and her little home with her last daughter, who is eighteen years old. Everyday she motivates her. Doña Lucila had worked for over twenty years as a domestic employee and in payment for her services the family, with whom she worked, left her to inherit the house in which she lives today. In this house she saw the best way for her to obtain an income to care for her kids. Making use of part of this beautiful house she opened a little grocery store. Fifteen years have already passed since then and now she can see the fruits of her labor. Because she is at such an advanced age, she cannot lift objects of much weight and has a slightly limited physical capability, but it is more than the constant physical efforts that her life demands of her. Doña Lucila desires to see her last daughter graduated as a professor and so she will continue making the effort in her store, where she sells groceries and the everyday necessities. This is why she requests a loan with the objective of investing it in the purchase of a great quantity and variety of the articles that her clients demand daily. Let's support these noble desires of forging a better future.
