Timun Kebonsari Group

The cucumber farmers led by I Wayan Wisnawa consists of 5 members: I Made Muliawan, I Wayan Sudartana, I Ketut Mundra dan I Nyoman Bading. As cucumber farmers, they need about a month, from preparing the land for planting cucumber seeds till harvesting. Before the field is ready is the preparation process to ready the land for planting. Thereafter commences the care prior to harvesting. Their efforts generate profit of Rp 3.500.000,00 (about USD385) per person. This amount they earned after 3 months of farming. Besides cucumber, they also grow hot peppers. They agree upon which substitute crop to grow through mutual consensus. This loan will be used to purchase seeds, manure, pay care and working expenses.

Para Petani Timun yang diketuai oleh I Wayan Wisnawa ini beranggotakan lima orang yaitu: I Made Muliawan, I Wayan Sudartana, I Ketut Mundra dan I Nyoman Bading. Sebagai petani timun mereka membutuhkan waktu kurang lebih 1 bulan, mulai dari persiapan lahan untuk ditanami bibit timun sampai dengan saat panen. Sebelum lahan siap untuk diolah ada proses persiapan untuk menjadikan tanah tersebut siap untuk ditanami. Pada masa-masa berikutnya merupakan masa perawatan yang berikutnya masa panen tiba setelah melewati sekian masa untuk siap dipanen. Usaha yang mereka lakukan tersebut memberikan keuntungan sebesar Rp 3.500.000,00/orang. Nilai ini mereka peroleh setelah 3 bulan penantian. Selain timun mereka juga menanam cabai. Pergantian tanaman ini mereka lakukan sesuai dengan kesepakatan bersama. Pinjaman yang mereka peroleh akan mereka pakai untuk membeli bibit padi, pupuk, biaya perawatan dan ongkos kerja.
