Ms Đỗ Thị Tuyết is 45 years old. She is a member of TYM fund since 2001. In the beginning the loans were of small amounts so she could only use it to buy goods to resell. The profit margin was small, it was difficult. As a side job, she offered child care service for the families in her neighborhood. The demand was so great that the idea of opening a child care center was germinated in her head. She consulted her family members about this and decided to do so. At first, there were a lot of obstacles: lack of capital, lack of material and especially the paperwork procedure from the Education Ministry was lengthy and complicated. It also took a lot of effort and time to attend "child care education" classes to obtain the permit. After a few years of hard work and dedication, everything was set in place. Cô Đỗ Thị Tuyết, 45 tuổi, tham gia vào Quỹ từ năm 2001, lúc ban đầu vay vốn nhỏ cô chỉ bán hàng nước nên nguồn thu nhập còn rất khó khăn. Ý tưởng nảy sinh từ khi cô chỉ nhận trông giúp hai ba trẻ ở trong khu tập thể, thấy nhu cầu gửi trẻ của các gia đình rất nhiều cô đã bàn bạc với gia đình mở lớp tư thục, công việc khi đó gặp rất nhiều khó khăn, thiếu vốn, thiếu cơ sở vật chất … và nhất là xin giấy phép của UBND phường, Phòng giáo dục Thị xã, đặc biệt là việc tham gia lớp bồi dưỡng giáo viên mầm non. Sau nhiều năm kiên trì thì mọi việc đã trở nên thuận lợi, chính quyền và nhân dân rất tin tưởng và ủng hộ cô, đặc biệt là chồng cô, hiện tại chồng cô hàng ngày giúp cô đi chợ mua thức ăn cho trẻ. Cơ ngơi của cô đã khá khang trang với 5 phòng học, 5 cô giáo chuyên môn và gần 100 trẻ. Cô Tuyết đã thực sự là một trong những thành viên điển hình của phường Xuân Hòa nói riêng và chi nhánh 3 Phúc yên nói chung. Chị Tuyết đang làm đơn xin vay 750 USD để mua đồ chơi cho trẻ trong trường của mình.
