She offers sandwiches, smoothies, teas, mate (a traditional herbal tea drink) and coffee among other foods. Previously, Gregoria sold food from her booth along dangerous Buenos Aires Ave. in the city of La Paz. Today, she works from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in a safer neighborhood. She is well known by her neighbors for her perseverance and consistency. Gregoria Quino Mamani, despierta muy temprano por la mañana con el fin de preparar su negocio, ubicado en cercanías de la Prefectura de la ciudad de El Alto. A las 6 de la mañana ya esta instalado su puesto, y comienza a atender a sus comensales.
Gregoria es dueña de un puesto de venta de desayunos, donde vende gran variedad de sándwiches, e infusiones, te, mates, café y otros.
Anteriormente Gregoria atendía el mismo puesto, pero trabajaba solo de noche en la Av. Buenos Aires de la ciudad de La Paz, ubicada en una zona muy peligrosa de esta urbe.
Hoy en día Gregoria trabaja de 6 de la mañana a 8 de la noche en un barrio seguro y donde ya es muy conocida por su perseverancia y constancia en este negocio.
