Journal Update. Entrepreneur: Huy Im Location: Prey Veng Province, Cambodia Huy Im is a housewife and lives with her husband in Prey Veng province. She first heard Credit’s low interest from a loan officer who visited her village. She took out a loan of US$1000 to purchase a truck for her husband to transfer stone and sand to the construction site. Since he owns a truck he makes around US$8 of profit a day. He has been pleased with the results of the investment and can see his business growing. He needs to save for his children’s education in the future. He wants them to get a better education so it is easy to find job when they graduate. Finally, Mrs Huy and her husband would like to say thanks to all lenders for interest helping Cambodian entrepreneurs like her family
