Ya Moa

Thank you for your loan. It has been disbursed to Ya Moa by CREDIT MFI -- World Relief in Cambodia. We are excited to watch this business grow. Over the next 18 - 24 months, CREDIT MFI -- World Relief will be collecting repayments from this entrepreneur and posting progress updates on the Kiva website.

Ya Moa had never taken out a loan before, but she has been very pleased with the results of her investments. She was able to take the US$800 and purchase a motorbike for her son to run his business. She also had some money left over and purchased some rice to resell. Her income has increased to US$20 each day and she has faced very few difficulties repaying her loan. Business has been very good for her and she believes that she will probably be taking out another loan in the future to expand her business further. In the future, she would like to, not only resell the rice, but also cook and sell food with the rice and eventually set up a motorbike wash shop for her son. She may also need to take out another loan to do some repairs on her home. She has been very appreciative of the opportunities that this loan has provided for her and she believes that these investments will be of great benefit to her family.
