Ante la falta de empleo del país Francisca y su esposo se encontraban sin ninguna fuente de ingresos así que decidieron emprender su propio negocio con la elaboración y venta de pasteles para eventos especiales, al principio sólo fue sobre pedidos pero gracias a las recomendaciones de sus clientes la demanda por sus productos se incrementó mucho y pronto incorporaron la entrega a domicilio e iniciaron una panadería.
