Mr. Timoteo Ajllahuanca lives in his own house in the Rio Seco neighborhood of the city El Alto with his wife and three daughters. Mr. Timoteo works as a chauffer for a private home and his wife does embroidery in a clothing shop at the city La Paz. With their savings they have built the structure and some dividing walls in their two-story home, which is partially finished and they currently live in the first floor. They will use the loan to finish the construction of the second floor. This is the first time Mr. Timoteo asks for a loan and in the socio-economical analysis done to him he qualifies favorably and is a candidate for credit.

The construction of the second floor finished 4 months ago and with no problems. Timoteo is working at one house as a private driver and he said his boss is treating him well (and pay him too) so the payments won´t be a problem. Not to mention his wife is helping him too (she still jas a job in the clothes factory) "We are a little old but at least our situation is getting better. Better late than never" he said.
