Hezi Hemzeyev

Mr. Hazi Hemzeyiv is a low income person which makes him vulnerable. He is 25 years old and lives in Sumgayit city in the north-central flat area of Azerbaijan Republic. He is married and has two children. He is a driver of public transportation. He began his business five years ago and it has allowed him to support his family. In 2002 Hezi bought a mini bus. This car was often demanding repair. His minibus was old and he planned to sell it and to buy a new one. He eventually bought a new vehicle to use for his public transportation service. This bus is very comfortable and his passengers are very satisfied, but there not any bus stations near his house. He wants he borrow $600 to build a garage near his house. He hopes eventually to expand his business and improve the living conditions of his family. He will repay this loan on a monthly basis.
