Viola is a young lady of twenty three years of age, who is living with her parents. She just finished school and could not find a job. Then she joined to the SPBD program and applied her first loan of US $300 to start her small shop business. She used the loan to buy some stock for her store, especially the most necessary ones such as snack foods, drinks, and cigarettes. Even though she she’s doing well, Viola thinks she should increase her stock in order to gain more profit. She hopes her next loan will use for re-stocking and will help build the business. Viola also believes if her business does well, then she can develop her family by herself.
