Visit to Gonce's business Entrepreneur: Gonce Suleymanova Location: Sumgayit City, Azerbaijan I visited Gonce’s new clothing (not ‘used’ as incorrectly stated in the business profile) business at the bazaar in the city of Sumgayit. This is Gonce’s second loan through Normicro. Gonce did not access loans prior to the first loan because she was not aware of the availability of microloans. As soon as she learned of them through her friends and neighbors at the bazaar, Gonce applied for a loan. The 600 USD loan she obtained from Kiva lenders has helped her expand her inventory and diversify the types of clothing at her stall. She has seen the improvement in her sales since she started taking loans. Gonce makes repayments on time so that she can continue to obtain credit and expand her inventory in the future.
