Journal Update

Entrepreneur: Bun Sokhunthear
Location: Kampong Cham, Cambodia

Mrs. Bun Sokunthear, 27, lives in Kampong Cham with her husband and 2 children. She currently earns $15 a day raising and selling ducks and chickens. Her husband is a mechanic and earns $3 a day.

To make more money, Bun decided to take out a loan to increase her ducks raising. She bought feeds and the ducks as well. With the loan from CREDIT, she is able to make an additional US$5 in income every day. Some of the money she saves for her future family and the rest to repay to CREDIT.

She would like to see her business expanded and her income continue to increase, and in the future she will not hesitate to borrow again. She looks forward to the opportunities provided by this loan and has been very pleased with the results so far.

Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness toward Bun Sokhunthear and her family. CREDIT appreciates your help and looks forward to partnering with you again in the future to continue to provide quality financial services to Cambodia's poor entrepreneurs.
