Liliana Gonzales Nuñez has two children. The older child is nine years old; the younger child is three. She has been with Pro Mujer for four years. With the aid of a friend, she works in printing. She decorates pamphlets, posters, and other relatively inexpensive items. She was able to get the business going thanks to a loan made her many years ago. Recently, she was able to repay this loan.

Initially, she could barely afford to buy leftover paper sold to her a a low cost by other printers or stationary stores. She acquired the ink by way of complimentary gifts or gifts from friends. Occasionally, Lilliana still has to stay at the press all weekend simply to make enough money to feed her children and pay the rent for her business.

Currently, Lilliana needs money so that she can buy a computer for graphic design. This will help her improve her products and make her work more efficient. It will thus lead to increased revenues and a higher standard of living.
