ARACELI tiene 34 años, casada, tres hijos, su esposo trabaja en la construcción. Ella se dedica a preparar comida a pedido para eventos sociales dentro de su localidad. Pertenece al grupo Jastic 5 junto con Eunice Sánchez Beltrán (venta de comida en sociedad con Araceli) por lo tanto con el préstamo esperan comprar utensilios de cocina y acondicionar un lugar especial para preparar alimentos en grandes cantidades.
