El socia tiene 31 años de edad, es conviviente tiene 3 hijos los tres son varones, el mayor tiene 3 años y esta en el jardin, el segundo tiene 1 año y el ultimo tiene 3 meses de nacido, el es abogado y tiene 2 años ejerciendo su profesión, el actualmente tiene una empresa de asesoria, el trabaja junto con su esposa que también es abogada, el socio necesita el crédito para poder implementar cosas que faltan en la oficina, como comprar libros actualizados, escritorios(muebles), computadoras, etc.
