Esperanza (“Hope”) is the name of a group that belongs to Juan Pablo II Center. There are 17 members. The board of directors is made up of Ana María Jimenez, president; Lidia Alvarez, Treasurer; and Manuela Casas, Secretary.

Del total de sus integrantes tres de ellas venden productos de belleza en diferentes ferias, cuatro venden CDs y DVDs, cinco se dedican a la venta de ropa (pantalones, chompas y otros) uno confecciona trajes, otra teje mantas, una vende masitas, otra vende material de escritorio y una vende comida.
