Oscar Augusto Mercado Garcia

Oscar Agusto Mercado García, 41, lives in the Cobilaco neighborhood, which is in La Concepción Masaya. His wife works taking in washing and ironing to help him with household expenses like water, electricity and food since his earnings are not sufficient. They have three children, all of whom are independent. One of their daughters currently lives with them since she is a single mother. Future plans for his family is to help his daughter get her own house. For the past 20 years, Oscar has worked as a farmer thanks to his wife's and family's support. The greatest difficulty he has to face with his crops is the damage done to them by the ashes from the volcano since they tend to burn the crops. He is grateful to the institution for approving his loan which he plans to use to buy raw materials and fertilizers so that he can get a better crop yield and sell at better market prices so that he can cover his personal expenses as well as repay his loan in a timely fashion.

El señor Oscar Agusto Mercado García, tiene la edad de 41 años, habita en el barrio Cobilaco, ubicado en La Concepción Masaya, junto a su esposa la cual trabaja en lavado y planchado para apoyarle con los gastos del pago de agua, luz y alimentos que no alcanzan en la quincena, ellos tienen tres hijos ya todos independientes, una de las hijas habita con ellos actualmente ya que es madre soltera, los planes hacia su familia es poder ayudar a su hija para que realice su vivienda , don Oscar desde hace veinte años se dedica a los trabajos agrícolas gracias a los esfuerzos de su esposa y los suyos , la mayor afectación que se le presenta en el cultivo es las cenizas del volcán ya que en ocasiones a quemado la producción ; agradece a la institución por la buena aprobación de su préstamo el cual lo va a invertir en fertilizantes e insumos para sacar un buena cosecha y vender a buen precio en el mercado y poder cubrir sus gastos personales como pagar en tiempos su credito.
