Ramira Jumalon

Ramira Jumalon is from the village of Salimpuno, Sapang Dalaga, Mis. Occ.. She is 48 years old. Ramira is married and has 2 children. To make a living, Ramira owns and operates a business venture in the agriculture sector, raising crops. While not the only means for generating revenue, the main source of income for the business comes from planting and harvesting cassava for sale. Ramira has been engaged in her business for over 25 years and earns approximately 2,500 PHP a month for these activities.

In 2005, Ramira joined PMPC to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Ramira has successfully repaid a previous loan of 10,000 PHP from PMPC. Ramira is requesting a new loan of 14,900 PHP which will be used to purchase additional seeds, seedlings and young crops to raise. This will be the 8th loan taken out by Ramira from PMPC. She plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to improve the general living conditions of her family.
