Francis Kamau Kariuki

Twenty one years ago, Francis purchased a plot of land and over the years he has developed his housing-rental business.

This is his 6th loan from KADET and with it he will buy materials (cement, sand, stones) and labor to expand his rental building.

Francis has recently diversified his income sources by expanding into farming (wheat, maize and beans). His next venture, he hopes, will be the transportation industry
