Gulmira is the leader of this group. Having been married for 17 years, Gulmira and her husband have raised three splendid children. The eldest son, 16, and the middle one, 14, go to school. The youngest is just one and half years old. Gulmira’s husband is a policeman. Gulmira works as a governor at the hospital. She has decided to apply for this loan to buy a new bedroom suite.

Gulmira’s partners are Sharyikul, Eliza and Kulanda.

Sharyikul, 54, has raised four children. She and her husband work as sellers at the market. Sharyikul is engaged in selling potatoes which her husband helps her transport. During five years of selling potatoes, Sharyikul has been able to buy a container and a small truck for transporting potatoes. She needs a loan to purchase potatoes and bring them from another village. Once she makes a good profit, she wants to invest it in buying livestock.

Eliza, 24, is married and has one daughter. Her husband is a high school teacher. Eliza is a housewife. However, apart from doing her regular house duties, she also keeps 15 sheep and one cow. After work, Eliza’s husband actively helps her look after the cattle. Eliza has far reaching plans with respect to animal husbandry. Therefore, she has applied for this loan to purchase more sheep.

Kulanda, 55, is a widow. She has two children. Both of them are married and live separately. Kulanda does not depend on her children. Instead, she prefers to keep some cattle. Due to her small household, she has been able to buy a flat in Tokmok city. She plans to continue raising livestock and increase their total population. For the moment, she has two cows. Kulanda wants to obtain a loan and invest it in buying more cattle.
