Ms. Noyage Dieng has been advancing for five years in her business selling vegetables and a variety of other goods. She is married and has two children. Her family lives in Camberene, a suburb located north of Dakar. This is her first loan, and she is borrowing the amount of 150,000 francs. She wishes to buy some guedj (dried fish) and various other goods to expand her market. With this loan, she is planning to increase her monthly revenues by 15,000 francs.

Ms. NOGAYE Dieng is a beneficiary of the agreement between U-IMCEC and the Programme de développement de l'infant et de la famille (PDEF) Seydina Issa Laye. The PDEF seeks to reduce poverty within the community and especially to protect children who come from destitute families. Thanks to this cooperation, the parents of these children can take advantage of loans having more flexible terms compared to ordinary loans. Since the agreement’s kickoff in December 2008, there have been 120 parents who received financing in amounts varying from 50,000 to 150,000 francs.

Madame Nogaye Dieng évolue dans le commerce de tissus de légumes et d autres produits divers depuis cinq ans .C est une femme mariée avec deux enfants et sa famille habite a Camberene une banlieue située au nord de Dakar. C est son premier crédit et elle emprunte un montant de 150 000 frs. Elle souhaite acheter des Guedj (poissons séchés) et autres produits divers pour élargir son marche. Avec ce crédit elle prévoit d augmenter ses revenus de 15.000 frs mensuellement.

Madame NOGAYE Dieng est une bénéficiaire du protocole entre U-IMCEC et le Programme de Développement de l'infant et de la Famille (PDEF) Seydina Issa Laye. Le PDEF cherche à réduire la pauvreté au sein de la communauté et surtout à protéger les enfants issus des familles démunies. Grâce a cette coopération, les parentes de ces derniers peuvent profiter de crédit a des conditions plus souples par rapport aux crédits ordinaires. Depuis le démarrage du protocole en Décembre 2008, 120 parents ont reçu un financement pour des montants qui varient entre 50.000 et 150.000 frs.
