Josephine Lagorra

Josephine Lagorra is from the village of Miputak. She is 32 years old. Josephine is married and has 2 school-aged children. To make a living, Josephine owns and operates a business venture in the food sector, operating a mini-restaurant. The main source of income for the business comes from serving local foods to customers in the local community. Josephine has been engaged in her business for over 2 years and earns approximately 4,000 PHP a month for these activities.

In 2007, Josephine joined PMPC to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Josephine has successfully repaid a previous loan of 5,000 PHP from PMPC. Josephine is requesting a new loan of 14,000 PHP which will be used for additional working capital. This will be the 6th loan taken out by Josephine from PMPC. She plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to improve the general living conditions of her family.
