Everlyn is 48 years old and married to Samson, who is a farmer. They have eight children. Her rental housing business is located in Eldoret. The majority of her clients are teachers and businessmen who are not residents of Eldoret, so they rely on Everlyn's rental houses.
She was introduced to KADET by a friend.
With the loan she is taking from KADET she intends to buy more construction materials and also to repair her houses. Her future dreams are to buy land within Eldoret and build residential houses.

About Housing Loans
Many poor families are financially unable to purchase a house that meets their needs. Housing loans funded on Kiva give families access to capital to improve their homes and an opportunity to pay loans back at a pace that they can handle. The housing and small business loans featured on Kiva share a common purpose: they alleviate conditions of poverty and enable families to lead more stable lives.
