Sonia Jara’s house does not have a washroom. The one it currently has is made of wood, and it is in very bad condition. She is afraid that something could happen to it.

At this time she does not have the necessary money to pay for the material and the person to make the improvement. That is why she is asking for a loan to build a washroom.

She plans to repay the loan with the income she gets from her pension because her children help her with the household expenses.

A la vivienda de la señora Sonia Jara le está haciendo falta un cuarto de lavado, porque el que tiene actual mente es de madero y esta en muy malas condiciones y teme que le pueda pasar algo.
Pero en esté momento no cuenta con el dinero necesario para pagar el material y a la persona que le realizara la mejora.
Es por eso que esta solicitando un préstamo para poder construir su cuarto de lavado. Planea pagar el crédito con los ingresos que obtiene de su pensión ya que sus hijos le ayudan con los gastos de la casa.
