Altyngul is the leader of this group. She is forty-three years old. By this age, Altyngul raised three children. Her oldest is seventeen, middle is fifteen and the youngest daughter is ten. All of them currently attend school. Altyngul’s husband is a critical-care physician. Altyngul is involved in retail sales of blankets, bed covers and bedding sets. Prior to starting her entrepreneurship, Altyngul already had experience in retail as a salesperson. Seven years ago, having gained experience and bravery, she decided to risk all of her savings in the sum of sixty thousand som (KGS) in order to purchase merchandise. Since that time, her business allowed her to update furniture at home, buy household appliances and increase livestock headcount. Now Altyngul earns approximately twelve thousand som per month. Altyngul solidly stands on her feet and intends to continue developing her business further. Currently, Altyngul needs a loan, which would enable her to purchase a new stock of bedding. She wants to buy a new selection of bedding sets because it will help increase goods turnover and attract a larger quantity of customers. According to Altyngul, she is doing all this in order to provide her daughter with higher education. She dreams of opening another business location and grow her business.

Altyngul has partners in this group:

Meerim is twenty-three years old. She is married and has one child, who is only two years and nine months old. Her husband works as a civilian police employee. Meerim works in network marketing. She sells cosmetics from Mary Kay. At first, she used to use Mary Kay cosmetics herself and then started to work with them directly. Meerim requested a loan in order to purchase several types of eye shadow, lipstick and perfume.
Djumagul is fifty-three years old. She is a widow and a mother of two children. Her youngest son is working in Russia, and the oldest lives with her and helps with the business. Djumagul makes a living from sales of food products. She has been involved in this for ten years already, and her monthly income consists of approximately sixteen thousand som. Djumagul needs a loan in order to purchase a new stock of food products.

Venera is forty years old. She is married and has one daughter. Her daughter is twenty years old and lives separately from her parents. Venera is already retired and works part-time as a governess. Because the heating season is starting very soon, Venera decided to request a loan in order to purchase coal for the winter.
