Semeurs Victorieux Plus Group

Joséphine Kikwati is the leader of a group named “Semeurs Victorieux Plus”, which is composed of 29 members. She sells second-hand clothing at the market in her district located east of the city of Kinshasa. After having begun this business in 1980, she acquired solid experience in managing and marketing, which constitute effective tools for advancing it.

She is a very loyal client who benefited from eight loans from the micro-finance institution HOPE RDC, and she repaid them properly. The next loan will enable her to diversify her business by purchasing fresh fish to resell with the goal of growing her capital. Currently, her business generates $50 a week in profits. She dreams of opening a clothing store.

Joséphine is 46 years old, married, and the mother of two children, who are in school. They are 18 and 22 years of age.

Joséphine Kikwati est dirigeante du groupe dénommé « Semeurs Victorieux Plus » composé de 29 membres. Elle vend de la friperie au marché de son quartier situé à l’est de la ville de Kinshasa. Après avoir commencé cette activité en 1980, elle a acquit une expérience solide en gestion et en marketing qui constituent des outils efficaces pour l’avancement de celle-ci. Elle est cliente très fidèle qui a bénéficié 8 fois les crédits de l’IMF HOPE RDC et les a remboursés correctement. Le prochain prêt lui permettra de diversifier son activité en achetant des poissons frais à revendre dans le but d’accroitre son capital. Actuellement, l’affaire lui génère $50 de bénéfice par semaine. Joséphine rêve d’ouvrir un magasin d’habillement. Agée de 46 ans, elle est mariée et mère de 2 enfants scolarisés, âgés de 18 et de 22 ans.
